5 Organization Experts You Need to Follow On Twitter

5-Organization-Experts-You-Need-to-Follow-On-Twitter-300x200-1The first day of spring is just a couple of weeks away (March 19). Many people use this time as an opportunity to clean or get more organized. If you’re not the cleaning type, you’re in luck.

There are several organization experts out there with lots of insights to share, especially on social media. If you want to get more organized, here are five of our favorite must-follow organization experts on Twitter that we’d recommend you start following:

  1. Marie Kondo (@MarieKondo)

Known for her popular Netflix show, “Tidying Up with Marie Kondo,” this bestselling author and self-proclaimed “tidying expert” focuses on helping people make their space feel comfortable and personalized. By only keeping items that “spark joy,” she’ll teach you how to maximize your storage space and get the most out of your living area. The result is a space that echoes you and your personality.

  1. Lorie Marrero (@loriemarrero)

Formerly known as “Organizer Girl,” Lorie Marrero will give you tips for freeing up time and getting rid of clutter. She often tweets advice with the hashtag #ClutterTweetTip and wrote a fantastic book on organizing your home office. If you’re looking for someone to motivate you on how to use your time and organization skills wisely, this is the account to follow.

  1. Monica Ricci (@MonicaRicci)

While she’s a productivity expert who also is vocal about a healthy diet, Monica Ricci specializes in organization coaching and advice. She likes to post videos, so if you’re more of a visual/auditory learner (or if you like a variety of topics in your feed), she will be a good follow.

  1. Lisa Woodruff (@organize365)

An organizer by trade (“organize” it’s in her Twitter handle, after all), Lisa Woodruff focuses on sharing her organization and productivity insights via her blog and podcast. She’s very active on both and has been a member of Twitter since 2011.

  1. NAPO National (@NAPOnatl)

Lastly, an expert that isn’t a person. It’s an entire organization! The National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals (NAPO) “has approximately 3,500 members dedicated to helping people and organizations bring order and efficiency to their lives.” Their feed is full of good tips, advice, images and events.
